🔗 Logitude — Workflow Webhook Integration

Connect your quotation module to Logitude World to send quotes directly via Logitude's Workflow Webhook API.
Ask your Logitude Workflow Admin to create a workflow that receives external quote data, then enter the Webhook ID below.

Each Logitude workflow has its own Workflow ID and Access Key. The app routes each quote to the workflow matching its shipment type. Leave a row blank to disable that type.

💱 Currency Exchange Rates

Used to convert per-charge currencies to the quote's sale currency when sending to Logitude. Rates are relative to USD. USD is always 1.

Each shipment type is routed to its own workflow (FCL → FCL ID, LCL → LCL ID, Air → Airfreight ID). The payload schema below applies to all three.
Direction — Per-quote direction field (Import/Export)
Transport Mode — Ocean / Air / Land
Customer Type — Always "Consignee"
Quote Type — Always "Spot Rate"
From Port / To Port — Port codes (UNLOC)
Customer — Customer Logitude Code
Consignee — Code + Name (e.g. "70593,Amiouni Trading CO SAL")
Shipment Type — FCL / LCL / FTL / LTL etc.
Department — From settings above
